Abstract

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS-Statistics of Gorontalo Regency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with the data and services of Statistics Gorontalo Regency. The results of SKD 2022 are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
