September 18, 2026 | Other Activities
BPS Gorontalo Regency — The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Gorontalo Regency has completed the disbursement of honorarium payments for field officers of the 2026 Economic Census (SE 2026) through four payment stages, held on 18, 19, 21, and 22 September 2026 at the BPS Gorontalo Regency Office. The payments covered Field Enumerators (PPL) and Field Supervisors/Examiners (PML) spread across nearly all subdistricts in the region.
The disbursement schedule was organized by subdistrict, with the number of officers varying according to the coverage area of each work zone. In the first stage, on Friday (18/9/2026), payments covered officers from the subdistricts of Batudaa Pantai, Biluhu, Bilato, Pulubala, and Limboto Barat, totaling 81 PPL and 14 PML.
The second stage took place the following day, Saturday (19/9/2026), covering officers from the subdistricts of Dungaliyo, Batudaa, Bongomeme, Tabongo, and Tibawa. This stage recorded the second-highest number of officers, with 107 PPL and 15 PML — driven largely by the high number of officers in Tibawa Subdistrict, which reached 39 PPL.
Moving into the third stage on Monday (21/9/2026), it was the turn of officers from the subdistricts of Limboto, Mootilango, Tolangohula, and Asparaga to receive their payments, totaling 83 PPL and 13 PML. The fourth and final stage of the payment series was held on Tuesday (22/9/2026), covering officers from the subdistricts of Telaga Jaya, Telaga Biru, Telaga, Tilango, and Boliyohuto, with the highest number of officers across all four stages: 113 PPL and 15 PML.
In total, BPS Gorontalo Regency disbursed honorarium payments to 384 PPL and 57 PML spread across 19 subdistricts over the four days of payment.
This subdistrict-based scheduling served as BPS's strategy to avoid overcrowding while accelerating the verification process for the honorarium of thousands of officers who had worked to enumerate households and business units throughout the implementation of the 2026 Economic Census. With the completion of this payment, BPS Gorontalo Regency has closed one important administrative stage ahead of the expiration of the statistics partners' work contracts in mid-September.
